Starting a return or exchange is simple. Visit our returns portal here and follow the prompts. You’ll just need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Choose whether you’d like to exchange your pair for another size, colour or style, or return them for a refund. Exchanges are free, while return postage applies to refunds.

Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on where to send your shoes and what happens next.
