If you’re exchanging your shoes, it’s on us. We’ll cover the cost of sending your new pair and the return postage for the original ones.

If you’d rather request a refund, return postage will need to be covered by the sender, and a small processing fee of $8 may apply. Once your shoes arrive back and have been checked, we’ll process your refund quickly and confirm it by email.
