Every pair of Sécra shoes is made with care and craftsmanship, and we stand behind their quality. Our 6-Month Warranty covers any manufacturing or material faults that appear within six months of purchase.

If you believe your pair may have a fault, simply connect with our Sécra Care Team at [email protected] and include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no cost to you. Issues caused by general wear, accidental damage, or misuse aren’t covered but our team can still help with care advice to keep your shoes in top condition.
